Though I am a mojito girl through and through I decided it was time to broaden my horizons and my cocktail shaking abilities. Last summer I was on a grapefruit kick and made these, I used strawberries in these amazing margarita’s that I made repeatedly early in the summer, so what was left? ..lemons? but they are so boring and are used in every drink. I figure if I’m going with lemons I am going to use lemons and not just as a tiny wedge to gardish the glass. So I began squeezing the juice out of a bag full of lemons. Half by half, I squeezed. I took a phone call and continued to squeeze while I chatted. Then I squeezed some more. 16 halves later I had huge biceps, and a cup full of lemon juice.
